I have been experimenting lately with adding more plant-based recipes to my dinner rotation.
Before I met my husband, I ate a mostly plant-based diet. But my diet changed a lot once I started having meals with a meat and potatoes guy.
In the last year or so I’ve really been trying to incorporate more vegetables into our diet.
It’s especially important for me to try to balance out my kids’ meals with plant-based recipes as well, even though I have to be sneaky about it!

After the great quarantine of 2020, one too many cocktails, and a few too many snacks, I’m really trying to get back into cooking and eating healthier, plant-based meals.
Cooking whole food plant-based recipes doesn’t have to be difficult, and there are so many amazing, delicious recipes out there to try.
You don’t have to give up meat completely if you want to start incorporating plant-based recipes into your diet.
We still enjoy a good steak a few times a month!
